Global Smooth is an Online Dance Academy that offers professional ballroom dance training through video-based courses, memberships, and an active learning community. The platform serves dancers, instructors, studio owners, and competitors from around the world, making reliability and performance essential for both learners and administrators.
Because the website combines LearnDash, BuddyBoss, MemberPress, WooCommerce, streaming video, recurring subscriptions, and custom certificate features, maintaining the platform requires much more than regular WordPress updates. Every system must work together to ensure members can access courses, manage subscriptions, track progress, and interact with the community without interruption.
Instead of requesting one-time development work, Global Smooth partnered with WooNinjas for ongoing maintenance and technical support. Our role is to continuously monitor the platform, improve performance, strengthen security, resolve technical issues, and ensure new updates do not disrupt the learning experience.
By taking a proactive approach to maintenance, we help the client prevent problems before they affect users while providing a stable foundation for future improvements. This allows the Global Smooth team to focus on creating dance education content while we manage the technology that powers their growing Online Dance Academy.
