No. There is no built-in approval or moderation step for customer bookings. A booking is confirmed when the customer completes WooCommerce checkout. Admins can, however, create bookings manually from the Booking Reports page and set each one to Paid or Pending Payment, and you can auto-cancel pending or failed orders after a set time so unpaid slots free up on their own.
