Feedback isn’t only important for your students, it’s also an essential element to help you constantly improve your course. And allowing your users to share feedback on their course and experience has never been easier with LearnDash Feedback add-on.
This free add-on allows users to rate your course using a star rating system as well as compliment their reviews with written comments. The add-on is easily enabled and displayed as an additional tab on your course page, making it easy and accessible for students to submit their reviews. All course admins have access to the submitted feedback, which can be passed through your development processes, leading to greater completion and retention rates!
Features Of LearnDash Feedback
1 A Feedback Form
An additional tab containing a feedback form will be added to each course page, making it easy for your students to submit their reviews.
2 Course Rating
Students can rate the courses they take using the traditional “star rating” as you would find on any other site and product. Students can also share their feedback through written comments.
3 Review Reporting
Admins can access a list of all submitted reviews from the backend, allowing them to easily navigate through student feedback.
4 Email Notifications
Website admins can receive an email notification each time a student submits feedback on a course.
